1 General Provisions & Definitions

In these terms and conditions, "bajiwala", "we", or "platform" refers to the company operating bajiwala.site. "User" or "you" refers to any individual using bajiwala's services. "Account" refers to a personal user account registered on bajiwala.

Bajiwala is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under a valid license. bajiwala only provides services to individuals who are legally permitted to use online gaming services under the laws of their own country.

2 Eligibility & Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit at bajiwala is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Deposits are typically processed within 5 minutes. Once KYC is complete, withdrawals may take anywhere from 30 minutes to 6 hours to process.

6 Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed and confirmed on bajiwala, it cannot be cancelled. bajiwala is not responsible for missed bets caused by the user's internet connection or device issues. However, if a bet is not properly registered due to a server error on bajiwala's end, the stake will be refunded.

• A bet placed before a match begins is referred to as a pre-match bet.
• Bets placed while a match is in progress are referred to as in-play or live bets.
• If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or starts more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time, the bet is voided and the stake is returned.
• Bajiwala reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error in the odds is identified.
• In the event of match-fixing or any other irregularity, bajiwala reserves the right to review and reassess all related bets.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using bajiwala's services. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Using funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources on bajiwala.
• Opening multiple accounts or using a third party's account to claim bonus offers.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets or play games.
• Manipulative activity directed at other users.
• Infringing on bajiwala's intellectual property or copyright.

8 KYC & Identity Verification

Bajiwala is required to comply with international anti-money laundering regulations. As such, all users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before withdrawals above a certain threshold can be processed.
